A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join its flexible resourcing team, supporting a major global investment bank client. This is a part-time interim role requiring at least 4 days per week, with 2 days based in the office, commencing mid-November for a 4–6 month period.

The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of employment matters, including day-to-day employment issues, drafting and negotiating employment documentation, policies and procedures, managing litigation claims and pre-action matters, and advising on hires, exits, and complex senior departures across EMEA and Asia jurisdictions.

You will be fully supported by a sponsoring Partner and have access to the firm's knowledge resources, training, and development opportunities. This role offers the chance to work on high-quality matters for a market-leading client while being part of a collaborative and dynamic team.

Qualified lawyer with strong employment law expertise.
International experience managing employment and HR issues across EMEA and Asia, ideally in a regulated environment.
Collaborative problem-solver able to work autonomously and as part of a wider team.
Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise workloads effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Right to work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
