Interim ECM/DCM Lawyer

A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Equity Capital Markets lawyer to support its Banking practice group on an interim basis.

This is a full-time, transactional role for an initial 6-month term, with three days per week based in the London office.

The position offers the opportunity to work on high-quality, market-leading client matters while being supported by a sponsoring Partner, with access to the firm's resources, know-how, and professional development initiatives.

• Qualified lawyer with strong Equity Capital Markets experience, complemented by Debt Capital Markets experience.
• Minimum 5 years PQE.
• Problem-solving mindset and a collaborative approach.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and to tight deadlines.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
• Capable of working autonomously and as part of a wider team.
• Must hold the relevant right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
