We are seeking qualified derivatives lawyers to support the firm's clients on upcoming assignment-based engagements. This is a flexible, interim opportunity for practitioners who thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments.

The work focuses on equity derivatives, OTC derivatives, prime brokerage, and trading documentation negotiation. You will operate within a supportive framework designed for flexible resourcing, benefiting from access to high-quality matters for market-leading clients.

You will be supported by a sponsoring partner and encouraged to engage regularly with client teams. Access to firm-wide resources and know-how is provided, along with training and development opportunities.

Qualified lawyer with derivatives experience
Background in equity derivatives, OTC derivatives, prime brokerage, and/or trading documentation negotiation
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
Ability to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines
Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
