Minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience
General commercial contracting experience, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with suppliers and service providers
Exposure to areas such as property, technology, privacy and data, intellectual property, credit, and financing
Procurement experience is highly desirable
M&A and joint venture experience can be helpful
Knowledge of competition and consumer law, privacy, product safety, quality and labelling is an advantage
Experience in disputes, investigations, insolvency/debt recovery, regulatory investigations, or employment law may be useful for some roles
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to hit the ground running, work autonomously, and prioritise effectively
Current practising certificate and right to live and work in Australia
