Investment Funds Associate — Los Angeles

A Los Angeles office is seeking associates with two to six years of experience to join its Investment Funds practice group. The team represents private equity firms and other asset managers across the lifecycle of their funds and related corporate transactions.

Work includes fund formation, GP stakes sales, secondary transactions, and a broader range of corporate transactional matters. Associates are actively involved in substantive deal work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
