Apply in confidence →Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking an associate with at least three years of experience to join its market-leading, Chambers-ranked secondaries investment funds practice. This role involves working on a broad range of sophisticated secondary transactions, including continuation fund transactions, LP-led secondaries, fund formations, and other secondary market deals. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in private equity, secondaries, and fund-related transactions, and the ability to manage complex matters in a fast-paced environment. General corporate experience is helpful but not required. Strong academic credentials and comparable law firm experience are required. This position requires in-person availability.
