IP Litigation Associate — San Francisco

A well-established international law firm is seeking an IP Litigation Associate to join its San Francisco office. The role sits in a rapidly growing Intellectual Property Litigation practice handling complex federal-court and ITC matters.

The successful candidate will work on all phases of patent litigation, including discovery, dispositive motion practice, and trial preparation. The team values strong writing, attention to detail, and collaborative case management.

• Approximately 2 years of experience in complex intellectual property litigation (federal courts and/or U.S. ITC)
• Demonstrable strength in legal writing and analytic skills
• Experience taking and defending depositions strongly preferred
• Strong academic credentials and ability to work in a fast-paced litigation team
