IP Litigation Senior Associate — Intellectual Property

Join a national intellectual property litigation team handling complex patent disputes for technology and life‑sciences clients. The role involves substantive litigation work across U.S. offices, including discovery, motion practice, claim construction, expert engagement, and trial preparation.

You'll work closely with experienced litigators on high‑stakes matters, managing drafting, factual and technical analysis, and client communication. The team values rigorous legal reasoning, technical fluency, and collaborative case management.

• Demonstrated patent‑litigation experience (brief drafting, discovery, depositions, claim construction)
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Comfort working with technical subject matter and coordinating with experts
• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
