A national life-sciences IP practice is seeking a senior associate to work on patent prosecution and IP litigation matters. The role offers exposure to high‑value technical portfolios and cross‑office litigation teams.

Position can be based in any of several U.S. offices (including Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C.). Successful candidates will collaborate with experienced IP attorneys on both prosecution and dispute work for biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients.

Applicants should be prepared to submit law school, undergraduate and graduate transcripts as part of the application.

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership (or pending admission) in a U.S. jurisdiction
Substantial patent prosecution and/or patent litigation experience in life sciences (biotech/pharma)
Technical background in biology, chemistry, or related life‑sciences discipline preferred
Strong drafting, advocacy and client‑management skills; ability to work collaboratively across offices
