Experienced intellectual property attorney sought to join a busy life-sciences IP team. The role combines patent prosecution and patent litigation work on biologics, therapeutics, and related life‑science technologies.

Position is open to candidates in multiple U.S. offices (Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C.). The team offers collaboration with experienced IP practitioners on technically sophisticated matters.

Candidates should be prepared to submit law school, undergraduate and graduate transcripts as part of the application process.

JD and active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction (or eligibility to obtain).
Several years of post‑qualification experience in patent prosecution and/or patent litigation with a focus on life‑sciences technologies.
Strong technical background in the life sciences (e.g., biology, biochemistry, biotechnology) or equivalent experience.
Excellent drafting, analytical and client‑management skills; ability to work collaboratively on complex, technical matters.
