Ideal candidates are members (or eligible to waive in) of the New York bar, are in the class of 2020–2022, and bring solid law firm transactional experience and strong academic credentials. Base salary is advertised in the posting at $310,000–$390,000, with potential eligibility for a discretionary year‑end bonus. Specific compensation will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
