Private Equity Debt Finance – Junior Associate (Los Angeles)

An established law firm is seeking a highly qualified junior associate to join its Debt Finance group in Los Angeles. The role focuses on representing private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.

The successful candidate will work with credit agreements and commitment papers, and will draft and negotiate related collateral agreements and deliverables. • Experience representing private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth facilities
• Familiarity with credit agreements, commitment papers, and related collateral agreements and deliverables
• Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
