An international law firm is seeking a Knowledge Lawyer to join its highly regarded Commercial Disputes and International Arbitration group in London. This is a varied, high-impact position at the intersection of legal know-how, business development, and practice innovation.

The successful candidate will act as a technical sounding board for fee earners on complex legal and procedural issues, while driving the group's thought leadership and market profile. The role involves close collaboration with knowledge, business development, and talent teams.

England and Wales qualified Lawyer with approximately 5+ years' PQE in complex commercial disputes
Strong understanding of commercial litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution
Strong technical knowledge of English law and procedure, including costs and funding rules
Excellent drafting, analytical, communication, data management, and IT skills
Experience in a PSL / Knowledge Lawyer role or comparable position is preferred
Experience developing and delivering legal training programmes
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive engagement across practices and business services teams
Highly organised, driven, and detail-oriented, with sound judgement and commercial awareness
A collaborative and supportive team player committed to knowledge-sharing and best practice
