Products Professional Support Practitioner

We are a leading global law firm with a market-leading Products practice, recognized in both major legal directories. Our London office is part of a wider international network advising innovative companies and investors across all stages.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially minded Products Professional Support Practitioner (PSP) to join our London team and play a leading role in shaping the knowledge, training, and innovation strategy of our practice.

• Legal Know-How & Updates: Monitor UK and EU legal and regulatory developments relevant to product compliance and liability; undertake horizon tracking; prepare internal and client-facing updates; ensure knowledge is captured across resources.
• Legal Education: Lead the group's substantive legal training function, chair know-how meetings, deliver training on legal topics, and coordinate training delivered by others.
• Industry & Client Engagement: Attend industry conferences, support business development by identifying market trends, and assist with preparation of client training and presentation materials.
• Form & Precedent Management: Draft and revise template documents and precedents; curate and organize the group's forms and know-how; collaborate with Knowledge Services on innovation and automation.
• Support: Build relationships with fee earners and field requests for precedents, templates, and training resources; participate in knowledge management and practice innovation projects.

Our ideal candidate will be an established Products Professional Support Lawyer from an international law firm or in-house, with at least 4+ PQE and strong technical legal interest and ability (ideally in UK & EU product law). We also welcome candidates from other backgrounds with relevant experience and a demonstrated interest in legal technology, knowledge management, and AI-enabled solutions. The role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to work autonomously, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Qualified lawyer with at least 4+ PQE, ideally with prior products/regulatory experience.
• Strong technical legal interest and ability, ideally in UK & EU product law.
• Demonstrable interest in legal technology, knowledge management, and AI-enabled legal technology solutions.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive and initiative, with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of the know-how function.
• Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
