Knowledge Lawyer – Tax – London

An opportunity has arisen to join the global Knowledge and Training function of a leading international law firm as a Knowledge Lawyer supporting its London Tax team.

The London Tax team advises on a broad range of market-leading transactional and advisory matters, covering both international and domestic tax issues. In this role you will act as the primary resource for the team on UK and international tax developments, ensuring fee earners have legal knowledge and knowhow readily at hand, and you will design, coordinate and deliver training alongside template maintenance and production.

You will also contribute to internal knowledge sharing, thought leadership and client briefings, working closely with fee earners, business development, marketing and communications teams, and colleagues across the firm's international network. The role plays an important part in supporting the firm's innovation and legal technology agenda, including the effective use of AI tools by fee earners.

This is a collaborative position working primarily alongside partners and fee earners in the London Tax team, as well as Knowledge Lawyers and information specialists across global product groups.

• Mid to senior level lawyer or existing Knowledge Lawyer (PSL) with significant experience in UK tax matters.
• Interest in knowledge management and legal training is critical; prior experience advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent academic background with strong research and drafting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and robust organisational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills, with high commercial awareness.
• Track record of keeping abreast of legal developments.
• Strong interest in legal technology, AI and innovation; prior experience in this area beneficial.
