Knowledge Management Associate — Capital Markets — Washington, D.C.

Leading national Capital Markets practice seeks a Knowledge Management Associate to design and execute KM strategy across training, substantive communications, knowledge resources and innovation. The role emphasizes translating capital markets expertise into AI-enabled tools and workflows to support attorneys and clients.

The associate will partner with Capital Markets leadership, practice attorneys, the firm-wide innovation team and a junior paralegal innovation team to build AI-ready resources, run training programs, maintain shared knowledge repositories, and produce timely market and regulatory updates.

This is a collaborative, practice-facing role for a securities attorney with deep capital markets experience and a strong interest in applied legal technology and AI.

• Active license to practice law and at least 5 years’ experience in securities law and capital markets transactions
• Strong knowledge of the Securities Act (33 Act), Exchange Act (34 Act), Delaware law and corporate governance practices
• Familiarity with equity (IPOs, follow-ons), debt offerings and public company disclosure; willingness to learn additional capital markets deal types
• Excellent drafting and communication skills across emails, slide decks and form documents
• Genuine interest in AI and legal technology; ability to develop hands-on fluency with prompt design, AI workflows and evaluation
• Strong project management, collaboration and organizational skills; prior KM experience a plus
