Apply in confidence →Join a nationally recognized Capital Markets team as a Knowledge Management (KM) attorney focused on translating substantive capital markets expertise into usable resources, training and AI-enabled tools. The role centers on four core functions: training and development, substantive communications, knowledge resources and innovation, with AI integration embedded across each area.
The KM attorney will partner with practice leads and firm-wide innovation teams to design and deploy AI-powered workflows, convert existing materials into AI-ready formats, and maintain the group s resource library. The role requires proactive communication of legal and market developments, creation of client-ready templates and materials, and close collaboration with attorneys to support business development and pitch efforts.
- Active license to practice law in the United States
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in securities law and capital markets transactions
- Strong working knowledge of the 1933 and 1934 Acts, Delaware corporate law and public company governance
- Familiarity with equity and debt offerings (IPOs, follow-ons, high-yield/investment-grade) and public disclosure practice
- Excellent drafting and communication skills across emails, slide decks and form documents
- Demonstrated project management, organization and collaboration skills
- Genuine interest in AI and legal technology; comfort with large language model tools and willingness to develop prompt/AI workflow skills
