Our client, a national law firm with multiple offices across the United States, seeks a Commercial Litigation Senior Counsel with at least eight years of experience to join its Financial Services & Capital Markets practice group. This role is based in either Austin or Dallas.

The ideal candidate will have:

An active Texas bar license
Familiarity with all phases of complex commercial litigation, including preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, drafting motions, engaging in settlement negotiations, and communicating with clients
Experience at trial or arbitration (preferred, not required)
Excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
Exceptional judgment, the ability to manage multiple projects, and the capacity to articulate legal strategies and courses of action
