Apply in confidence →Join a nationally recognized Capital Markets practice as a Knowledge Management (KM) attorney supporting training, substantive communications, knowledge resources and innovation for the group. The role partners with practice leaders and KM colleagues to shape and deliver a coordinated KM strategy that strengthens attorney development and client-facing materials.
A central focus of the role is translating Capital Markets expertise into AI-enabled tools and workflows — building prompt architectures, agentic workflows and structured knowledge systems, and converting existing resources into AI-ready formats. You will collaborate closely with KM partners, practitioners, the firm-wide innovation office and a dedicated junior paralegal AI team to design, test and deploy solutions.
The role combines substantive securities knowledge, strong drafting and communication skills, project management and a proactive, collaborative approach to drive KM initiatives, training programs, publications and business development support for the Capital Markets group.
- Active license to practice law in the United States
- Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in securities law, capital markets transactions and corporate governance
- Strong working knowledge of the 1933 and 1934 Acts, Delaware law and public company governance practices
- Familiarity with equity and debt offerings (IPOs, follow-on, high-yield and investment-grade), and public company disclosure
- Excellent drafting and oral communication skills; able to produce updates, slide decks and firm-ready materials
- Interest in and aptitude for legal technology and AI (prompt design, workflow architecture); prior AI experience a plus but not required
- Proven project management and organizational skills; collaborative and proactive team player
