Nationally recognized Capital Markets group is seeking a motivated Knowledge Management attorney to design and execute KM strategy across training, substantive communications, knowledge resources and innovation. The role sits at the intersection of substantive capital markets law and applied AI, converting practice knowledge into AI-ready tools, agentic workflows and other attorney-facing resources.

The attorney will partner with practice-group KM leadership, practice lawyers, the firm-wide innovation group and a junior paralegal AI team to develop training curricula, maintain common forms and resource libraries, produce timely market and regulatory updates, support business-development materials, and lead adoption of AI-based workflows within the group.

Active license to practice law in the United States
Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in securities law and capital markets transactions
Strong knowledge of the 1933 Act, 1934 Act, Delaware corporate law and public company governance
Familiarity with equity and debt offerings (IPOs, follow-ons, investment-grade and high-yield) and public-company disclosure
Excellent drafting and oral communication skills; strong project-management and organizational abilities
Genuine interest in legal technology and AI; willingness to develop hands-on fluency in prompt design, workflow architecture and AI performance evaluation
