Join a nationally recognized Capital Markets group as a Knowledge Management attorney focused on training, substantive communications, knowledge resources and practice innovation. The role supports attorneys across the Capital Markets practice and helps translate substantive expertise into AI-enabled tools and workflows.

This position will lead curriculum and resource development, produce timely legal and market updates, create client- and deal-ready forms and materials, and partner with the firm's innovation and KM teams to design, test and deploy AI-powered workflows and prompt architectures. The role works closely with the Capital Markets KM lead and practice attorneys and contributes to firm-wide KM and AI initiatives.

Active license to practice law
Minimum 5 years' PQE in securities law, capital markets transactions and corporate governance
Strong knowledge of the 33 Act, the 34 Act, Delaware law and public company governance norms
Familiarity with equity and debt offerings, public company disclosure, and strong drafting and communication skills
Interest in AI and legal technology with willingness to develop hands-on fluency in prompt design and AI workflow architecture
Excellent project management, organization and collaborative skills
