A leading global law firm seeks a Capital Markets resource attorney to support one of the most active capital markets practices in the U.S. and globally. The practice regularly advises issuers and investment banks on IPOs, follow-on offerings, SPAC and de-SPAC transactions, and other public and private capital-raising matters, with a strong focus on technology and life sciences companies.

This is a non-client-facing, non-billable role focused on strengthening the practice group's knowledge infrastructure, marketing and business development, and attorney efficiency. The resource attorney will track legal and regulatory developments, develop and maintain internal know-how and archives, and keep forms and templates current with legal and industry standards.

The role also involves preparing client alerts, white papers and external resources, coordinating speaking engagements and webinars, supporting RFP responses, and collaborating with marketing, professional development, information services and practice innovation teams to drive training and technology adoption.

Licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years' experience representing issuers and investment banks in capital markets transactions
Strong understanding of corporate governance, SEC reporting requirements and related matters
Familiarity with the technology and life sciences industries preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication and drafting skills
Confident presenter with strong judgment, interpersonal and technical skills
Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills and attention to detail
