Capital Markets Resource Attorney

Our client, a leading global law firm, seeks a Capital Markets Resource Attorney to support its premier Capital Markets practice. In this non-billable, client-facing-support role, you will enhance the practice group's marketing and business development efforts, strengthen substantive know-how, and enable practitioners to be more informed, efficient, and successful.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and communicate legal and regulatory developments relevant to capital markets.
• Develop and maintain client alerts, white papers, and external-facing resources.
• Create internal practice resources and maintain archives of work product and know-how.
• Coordinate speaking arrangements, webinars, and materials.
• Update forms and templates to reflect current legal developments and industry terms.
• Collaborate with marketing on branding, RFPs, and business development.
• Support professional development and training initiatives.
• Work with technology teams to adopt efficiency-enhancing solutions.

Qualifications:

• Licensed attorney with at least 5 years of experience representing issuers and investment banks in capital markets transactions.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and SEC reporting requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, drafting, and presentation skills.
• Team player with strong judgment, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail.
• Experience with technology and life sciences industries preferred.

Compensation and benefits: The expected annual pay range is $220,000–$315,000, dependent on location and experience. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, holidays, parental leave, and fertility benefits.
