Apply in confidence →Our client, a leading global law firm with offices across the US, Europe, and Asia, is seeking a Capital Markets Resource Attorney to support its premier capital markets practice. This non-billing role focuses on enhancing marketing and business development efforts, strengthening knowledge-sharing, and enabling practicing attorneys to work more effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring legal and regulatory developments relevant to capital markets.
- Developing topics and assisting with client alerts, white papers, and external-facing resources.
- Creating and maintaining internal practice resources, know-how archives, and work product repositories.
- Coordinating speaking engagements, webinars, and related materials.
- Updating forms and templates to reflect current legal developments and industry practices.
- Partnering with marketing to shape the practice's branding and support RFP responses.
- Collaborating with professional development and practice innovation teams to enhance training and technology adoption.
The ideal candidate is a licensed attorney with at least five years of experience representing issuers and investment banks in capital markets transactions, along with a strong grasp of corporate governance and SEC reporting obligations. A team player with excellent communication and drafting skills, intellectual curiosity, and enthusiasm for staying current in a dynamic regulatory environment will thrive.
- Licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years of capital markets experience.

- Confident presenter and effective team player.
- Familiarity with technology and life sciences sectors preferred.
