Seeking a knowledge management attorney to lead KM strategy and content for a national restructuring practice. This role will develop and maintain precedents, playbooks and research resources; design and deliver training; and drive practice-focused thought leadership and process improvements.

The position will leverage AI and advanced document/analytics platforms to improve knowledge capture, search, document assembly and practice efficiency. The role collaborates with lawyers across offices, library, communications and business development teams and provides direct support on practice needs and client-facing materials.

Juris Doctor and active New York bar membership
Minimum five years’ legal experience in restructuring/insolvency at a large firm
At least two years’ experience in knowledge management or related practice support
Strong writing, drafting and research skills; experience with AI-powered legal research and KM platforms
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams; strong organizational and communication skills
Willingness to spend time in multiple U.S. offices (e.g., New York, Miami, Houston) as needed
