Our firm is seeking a lawyer with general corporate, M&A and securities transactional experience to join our Knowledge Management (KM) team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will bring 2–5 years of client-facing practice experience, ideally gained at a top-tier transactional law firm.

Reporting to the Partner, Knowledge and Pricing, the successful candidate will help implement the firm’s strategic KM objectives, working with legal professionals and stakeholders to leverage and manage the firm’s intellectual capital. In this role, you will build and refine your legal knowledge, analytical skills, and drafting abilities through precedent development and current awareness engagement. You will collaborate with all practice groups to mine their intellectual capital and convert existing knowledge into state-of-the-art precedents and resources, with a focus on quality, consistency, and efficiency.

A law degree with 2–5 years of client-facing practice experience, ideally from a top-tier transactional law firm.
Strong academic credentials with strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and concisely.
Comfort with law firm technology, including AI, and a willingness to develop new proficiencies.
Strong client-service orientation; a self-starter who is organized, motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
