Our firm is seeking a Knowledge Management Lawyer to support our Exempt Organizations and Personal Planning practice groups. In this role, you will develop and implement knowledge strategies, leverage legal technology and AI tools, and create and maintain practice resources. You will collaborate with attorneys and client development teams, train and mentor associates, and stay current on legal trends. This is a hybrid role based in our New York office.

J.D. or equivalent degree
Minimum of five years of experience in a large law firm in exempt organizations, trusts and estates, and/or tax law with an emphasis on gift and estate tax
Extensive knowledge of relevant legal practices and documents
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with strong customer service skills and prompt response times
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to solve problems collaboratively with attorneys and non-legal staff
Demonstrated good business judgment and analytical skills
Prior publication experience (e.g., client alerts) is a plus
