Labor & Employment Associate — Los Angeles

Growing Labor & Employment group in Los Angeles seeks a 3–5 year associate to work on defense-side employment matters. The role involves a mix of complex litigation (including class and representative actions), single-plaintiff suits, traditional labor issues, and employment counseling.

Ideal candidates will be strong writers and analysts, comfortable collaborating with teams across offices, and able to manage litigation and advisory work in a fast-paced practice. Superior academic credentials and litigation experience are preferred.

• 3–5 years of experience in employment or complex litigation defense, including class actions and single-plaintiff matters
• Experience with traditional labor law and/or employment counseling preferred
• Excellent writing, analytical skills, and ability to work collaboratively across offices
• Strong academic record; law review, clerkship, or honors (e.g., Order of the Coif) a plus
