Labor & Employment Associate — Los Angeles

Seeking a mid-level Labor & Employment associate to join a national employment practice based in Los Angeles. You will work on a range of employment litigation matters alongside senior litigators, handling single-plaintiff cases, discrimination and wrongful discharge claims, wage-and-hour matters, and occasionally class/collective actions.

• 4–7 years of labor & employment litigation experience (single-plaintiff, discrimination/wrongful discharge, wage‑and‑hour, or class/collective work)
• Ability to manage routine and increasingly complex matters with limited supervision
• Strong academic credentials, research, writing and verbal advocacy skills
• Bar admission in California required
