Well-regarded international law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment associate to join its Madrid team. The role offers exposure to high‑profile employment matters and integration into a collaborative, technical practice group.

Candidates will work on a mix of contentious and advisory employment matters, participate in client work across Spain and internationally, and benefit from structured training and career development within a global platform.

Degree in law (or dual degree including law).
1–8 years' post-qualification experience in a law firm focused on employment/labor law.
High level of English.
Strong teamwork skills, solid technical knowledge in employment law, and high motivation.
