Labor & Employment Associate — Minneapolis

Mid-level associate opportunity in a busy Labor & Employment practice in Minneapolis. The role offers significant client-facing responsibility within a team-oriented, multi-office practice and exposure to complex employment litigation and labor matters.

Ideal candidates will have experience across employment-defense litigation (including class/representative and single-plaintiff actions), traditional labor law and/or employment counseling. Strong writing, analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across offices are required.

• 3-5 years' post-qualification experience in employment and/or complex litigation defense
• Experience with class/collective actions, single-plaintiff cases, and/or collective bargaining matters
• Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in team settings and across offices
