Lateral Associate – Class Action Litigation (San Francisco)

An established litigation practice is seeking an associate to join its class action defense team in San Francisco. This is a lateral opening for candidates in law school class years 2018 through 2022.

The role offers broad, cross-functional exposure to complex class action matters across the litigation spectrum, including consumer, employment, privacy, antitrust, and securities disputes, alongside general commercial litigation work.

Primary responsibilities include researching and drafting motions and briefs, participating in all aspects of discovery, and supporting case and client management.

• Law school class years 2018 through 2022
• Strong interest in and/or prior exposure to state and federal class action practice
• Commercial litigation experience
• Experience across the class action and litigation spectrum (e.g., consumer, employment, privacy, antitrust, securities)
• District court or appellate court clerkship experience preferred but not required
