Lateral Associate — Class Action, San Francisco

Top-tier litigation team in San Francisco is seeking an associate (law school classes 2018–2022) to join a busy class actions practice. The group handles a wide range of class action work across consumer, employment, privacy, antitrust, securities and related commercial litigation matters.

Day-to-day responsibilities include legal research and drafting of motions and briefs, active participation in discovery, and assisting with case and client management. The role is suited to candidates with a clear interest in class actions and prior litigation experience.

• Law school class years 2018–2022
• Demonstrable interest in or experience with state and/or federal class action practice; broader commercial litigation experience preferred
• District or appellate clerkship preferred but not required
• Strong legal research, brief-writing, and discovery skills; ability to manage aspects of cases and client communications
