Lateral Associate — Corporate

Opportunities are open for lateral associates and counsel with a transactional corporate background across multiple offices internationally. The firm is accepting speculative applications for corporate-focused attorneys interested in joining its global corporate team.

• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) from an accredited law school
• Admissions to the relevant bar(s) or eligibility to become admitted where required
• Transactional corporate experience (M&A, securities, commercial contracts or related matters)
• Strong academic record, excellent drafting and deal‑execution skills, and ability to work on cross‑border teams
