Opportunity for a lateral associate to join a major international corporate practice with openings across multiple Asian offices. Work will focus on transactional corporate matters, supporting cross-border deals and regional clients as part of integrated teams.

The hiring process is being run centrally for candidates who may not see a specific posted role; applications for consideration across the Asia offices are welcome. Shortlisted candidates will be considered for positions in one or more regional hubs.

Qualified to practice in one or more relevant jurisdictions (local bar/solicitor qualification as applicable)
Demonstrable transactional corporate experience (M&A, joint ventures, or similar)
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills; able to work on cross-border matters
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with international teams; additional Asian language skills advantageous
