Lateral Partner 4 Bankruptcy & Restructuring 4 Wilmington

Established, national law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow its bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors rights practice in Wilmington. The role will focus on creditor-side bankruptcy matters alongside finance and lending work, advising lenders, creditors committees and other stakeholders in complex insolvency matters.

The partner will build and supervise teams on high-stakes restructurings, originate and expand client relationships, and collaborate with cross-border and finance colleagues across offices. The team offers robust platform support and a diverse commercial docket.

• Significant experience leading creditor-side bankruptcy and restructuring matters
• Proven client origination and relationship management skills
• Ability to supervise associates and work across finance and lending matters
