Well-established law firm is seeking a partner to join its Agriculture practice in Dallas. The role will advise agribusiness clients across commercial, regulatory and industry-specific matters, with a notable focus on emerging agricultural sectors including cannabis-related work.

The team serves a national client base and is open to discussing candidates based elsewhere who can bring a portable agricultural practice. This is an opportunity to join a market-facing group with cross-practice resources and active industry groups.

Proven partner- or senior-level experience advising agribusiness clients; cannabis experience a plus
Track record of originating and sustaining client relationships and a portable practice
Licensed to practice in Texas or able to obtain admission; strong transactional and/or regulatory background
Ability to collaborate across industry groups and contribute to business development and team leadership
