Lateral Partner, Agriculture — Washington, D.C.

Seeking a lateral partner to join a national practice group focused on agriculture-related matters. The role will involve originating and leading client engagements, advising agribusiness and related industry clients, and developing cross-practice opportunities.

This position is based in Washington, D.C., but the search is open to candidates nationwide. The team works on regulatory, transactional and counseling matters for clients across the agricultural and cannabis-adjacent sectors.

• Established partner with a track record of client origination and relationship management
• Experience advising agribusiness clients; cannabis sector experience a plus
• Strong regulatory and transactional background relevant to agriculture
• Bar admission and ability to practice in the U.S.
• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
