Lateral Partner, Technology & Healthcare — Washington, D.C.

Senior partner hire to lead and expand a cross-practice Technology and Healthcare privacy and data protection offering from the firm's Washington, D.C. office. The role combines client-facing relationship development with hands-on matter management across regulatory, transactional and advisory matters.

The partner will take responsibility for growing business in healthcare and software/technology sectors, supervising junior lawyers, and coordinating with national teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters. The team values practical, commercial advice and experience handling high-stakes data-privacy issues.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in privacy & data protection, with matters for healthcare and technology clients
• Proven business development and client relationship track record; ability to originate and cross-sell work
• Experience managing teams and supervising associates on complex, multi-disciplinary matters
