Major U.S. law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in Atlanta. The role involves leading client matters, advising on merger clearance, cartel and civil litigation, and counseling on competition compliance across industries.

Ideal candidates will have an established appellate and trial practice background, able to manage and develop high‑value matters and mentor junior lawyers. The team handles regional, national, and cross‑border matters, offering broad support and resources.

Proven partner‑level antitrust and competition experience, including merger reviews and enforcement defense
Track record of client development and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Strong litigation and/or regulatory advocacy skills and experience managing teams
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and excellent written and oral advocacy
