Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in Atlanta. The role involves advising corporate clients on merger control, cartel and conduct matters, and related regulatory risk across industries.

The team handles complex transactional and litigation-oriented antitrust work and collaborates with cross-practice groups on multidimensional matters. The practice values commercial judgment, client development, and the ability to lead engagements from matter intake through resolution.

Established partner with significant experience in antitrust and competition law, including merger control and conduct investigations.
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice welcomed.
Strong litigation and/or regulatory advocacy skills; experience managing teams and liaising with in-house counsel.
Admission to the state bar and good standing; excellent written and oral communication skills.
