Highly regarded law firm is seeking a lateral partner to grow and lead its antitrust and competition practice in Boulder. The role involves originating and managing complex antitrust matters, counseling corporate clients on competition strategy, and supervising a team of associates and senior lawyers.

The successful candidate will join an established regional practice group with a national client base and collaborate across offices on cross-border and multijurisdictional matters. This is a visible, business-development focused role with significant client-facing responsibility.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Established partner-level antitrust practice with significant experience in litigation, merger control, counseling, or enforcement matters
  • Proven track record of business development and client relationship management
  • Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to practice in Colorado

Where the match is not obvious from the description, a conversation is still worth having — partner briefs move with the candidate.
