Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition — New York

Seeking a senior antitrust partner to join a major New York office and strengthen a full‑service antitrust and competition practice. The role will focus on counseling corporate clients on merger control, cartel and conduct investigations, compliance, and complex civil litigation before U.S. regulators and courts.

The successful candidate will lead and develop client relationships, supervise junior lawyers, and work collaboratively across practice groups and U.S. offices on cross‑border matters. This is a visible role for an attorney with a proven record of matters and business development in the antitrust space.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record of leading antitrust matters (merger control, investigations, litigation, or counseling)
• Proven client development and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage and mentor associate teams and work cross‑functionally on complex matters
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
