Top-tier national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in New York. The role will involve leading complex merger-control matters, cartel and conduct investigations, civil antitrust litigation, and providing antitrust counseling on transactions and commercial arrangements across a range of industries.

This is a leadership role within a well-resourced practice group. The successful candidate will work closely with national and regional teams, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow the practice. A portable practice or book of business is welcomed and will be supported by firm-wide platform and client development resources.

Partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law, with a proven record on merger control, investigations, and/or litigation
Strong client development skills; portable practice welcomed
Ability to lead teams, manage complex matters, and mentor associates
Active admission to practice in New York (or ability to qualify promptly)
Excellent written and oral advocacy and negotiation skills
