Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in New York. The role focuses on advising corporate clients on merger control, competition compliance, and complex antitrust litigation and investigations across U.S. and cross-border matters.

The partner will take a senior role handling high-stakes matters, developing and managing client relationships, and mentoring junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and grow client work is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in antitrust and competition matters (U.S. law).
Admission to practice in New York (or ability to become admitted).
Track record of leading complex merger filings, investigations, or antitrust litigation.
Proven client development skills and ability to manage and grow a portable practice.
