Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition, San Francisco

Seeking a lateral partner to join a high‑profile antitrust and competition practice in San Francisco. The role will involve leading complex cartel, merger-control and monopolization matters and representing corporate clients in both litigation and regulatory forums.

The firm is looking for a partner with a portable practice who will take primary responsibility for originating and managing matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and developing client relationships in the region. This is a front‑office role with significant courtroom and case‑management exposure.

• Established partner with a proven antitrust and competition practice (portable book of business preferred)
• Extensive experience in antitrust litigation, investigations or merger review
• Strong trial and appellate advocacy skills and courtroom presence
• Demonstrated client origination and practice leadership capabilities
• Bar admission in California or eligibility to waive in
