Partner, Antitrust & Competition — San Francisco

Market-facing litigation and regulatory practice seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow antitrust and competition capabilities from its San Francisco office. The role focuses on representing corporate clients in merger control, investigations, enforcement matters and complex civil litigation before regulators and courts.

The partner will work closely with cross-practice teams on national and international matters, supervise associates, and develop new client relationships. This is an opportunity to take a leadership role in an established antitrust group within a major U.S. firm.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven experience handling merger control, cartel and unilateral conduct matters
• Track record of client development and team leadership
• Bar admission in California and ability to practice in federal courts
