Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition, San Francisco

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its San Francisco antitrust and competition team. The role will sit at the intersection of antitrust litigation and transactional work, advising clients on merger review, cartel and conduct matters, and related civil litigation.

The partner will work on cross-practice matters with corporate and litigation teams and help develop and lead client relationships in the region. The team handles matters spanning government investigations, regulatory filings, and private enforcement.

• Established antitrust and competition practice with demonstrated litigation and transactional experience
• Admission to practice in California (or ability to obtain) and strong trial or regulatory advocacy skills
