Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition (Washington, D.C.)

Seeking a lateral partner to join a leading international practice in Washington, D.C. The role spans antitrust and competition work across both litigation and transactional matters.

The successful candidate will handle complex enforcement, civil litigation and merger clearance matters, working with a national team on domestic and cross-border issues. This position offers a senior platform and collaboration with experienced litigators and corporate counsel.

Portable client relationships/portable practice are welcome and will be considered in evaluating candidates.

• Established partner with significant experience in antitrust and competition matters, including litigation and transactional work
• Proven ability to originate and manage client work; portable practice or business development track record preferred
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and strong written and oral advocacy skills
