Lateral Partner — Banking & Finance & Regulatory, Paris

Senior partner hire to lead and expand a cross‑border banking & finance and regulatory practice based in Paris. The role will handle complex financings, regulatory matters, and related corporate and transactional work, with regular international arbitration and trade law touchpoints.

The partner will work on high‑value matters for financial institutions, sponsors and corporates, collaborate with colleagues across Europe, and develop the practice’s regulatory and public‑law capabilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner‑level track record in banking & finance and regulatory matters
• Experience with cross‑border transactions, arbitration or international trade issues preferred
• Strong business development and team leadership experience
• Admission to the French bar or equivalent qualification
