Senior partner hire to lead and grow a creditor/debtor-focused bankruptcy and restructuring practice in the firm's Miami office. The role will involve originating and managing high-value insolvency, restructuring and creditor-rights matters across domestic chapter and out-of-court restructurings.

Ideal candidates will be experienced front-line partners who can run complex restructurings, manage teams, and cultivate relationships with lenders, trustees, and other restructuring stakeholders. Significant partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights work
Proven track record of originating and leading complex restructurings and insolvency litigation
Ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers and build client relationships
