A well-established national law firm is seeking an experienced litigation partner to join its Dallas office and build/lead a growing commercial litigation practice. The role will focus on high-stakes commercial disputes across industries, including courtroom advocacy and complex motion practice.

The successful candidate will take a client-facing role, supervising associates and collaborating with national teams. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships is welcomed.

Established partner-level background in commercial litigation with substantial trial and motion experience
Proven track record of originating or sustaining significant client relationships; portable book of business welcomed
Strong leadership and team-management skills; experience supervising associates and collaborating across offices
Excellent client-facing, business development and written/oral advocacy skills
Admission to the Texas bar (or eligibility) preferred
